About me
I’m a software developer with a background that’s not exactly typical.
Before moving into tech, I spent over 20 years working in psychology, behavioural risk, and organisational consulting. I’ve trained in psychology, philosophy and psychophysiology — and much of my work has focused on how people think and act under pressure, particularly in high-stakes environments. If you're wondering how psychology, philosophy, and software ended up in the same conversation — it’s all explained on the CV.
These days, I design tools and systems that help make better decisions, manage behavioural risk, and account for human factors — especially in areas like security, compliance, and workplace experience. As a psychologist, I practise Solution-Focused Brief Therapy— a short-term, evidence-based approach designed to support practical, goal-oriented change.
I'm open to collaboration at the intersection of behavioural science, risk, and technology — or anywhere this mix of experience might be useful. I’m available for remote roles and project-based work. If you’re working on something interesting — or planning to — feel free to get in touch.
